From Tampere you can continue north to Lapland by night train or Onnibus.
The direct airport bus 103 stopped running on 4 August 2026. Line 34 runs on weekdays only, via Pirkkala centre (Suuppa) to Lielahti, and its last departure from the airport is at 21:50; for Tampere centre, change in Pirkkala. The airport is in zone C, so buy an ABC ticket in the Nysse Mobiili app, on a travel card or by contactless payment. Drivers do not sell tickets.
